Experience The Thrills of Rally Driving

Terms and Conditions

General

Participants will not spend all day in the cars driving. Whilst we keep numbers limited, there are still waiting periods between drives or rides. We have a great viewing area where participants, (including friends and family) are able to watch between their turns in the cars.

Circumstances beyond our control can affect or may cause the cancellation of RADT events. These may include however are not limited to the below:
  • Environmental factors such as total fire/vehicle movement bans or torrential rains
  • Sick course instructors
  • Mechanical failures in vehicles/equipment
  • World events such as acts of terrorism, natural disasters etc.
In the unlikely event that RADT does have to cancel, a new date will be set for the event and participants will be carried forward. Participants will be notified ASAP if an event is to be cancelled.

CAMS Observed Rally License (OLT) tests can be conducted at any driving course. If you require an OLT, please let instructors know when booking your course.

    Vouchers & Bookings

Vouchers shall only be issued once payment has been received in full.
Vouchers for all events expire 6 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash or credit. Bookings for any RADT rally experience must be confirmed via email.

Failure to notify of non-attendance a minimum of 48 hours prior to a booked event will result in a forfeiture of the full purchase price of the voucher.
  •  Where participants wish to re-book once confirmed, a re-booking fee may be charged.
  • Participants must be able to drive a manual car*
  • The minimum age we are able to accept is 14 years old**
  • Participants must be free of any medical conditions that may prohibit them from driving
  • Participants must be free from the influence of drugs or alcohol (don’t have a big night the night before and expect to participate the next day)

*A civil driver’s license is not required to participate in RADT Rally Experiences
**Juniors (those aged between 14-18) must have all paperwork signed by a parent or legal guardian

    Paper work

Paperwork is sent out to all participants of Rally Experiences approx 1 week before the booked event. The required paperwork must be correctly completed and brought along to the event with the voucher.

DO NOT BRING PETS. Animals and Motorsport do not mix.

    Clothing & Footwear

Our rally experiences and rides require that you wear neck to wrist to ankle, fire retardant clothing.
This does not mean that you need to wear a race suit or buy specialised clothing for any RADT event.
If you wear a pair of jeans (without any holes or rips in them), a cotton long sleeve shirt or a cotton/woollen jumper over the top of a t-shirt, that is fine. Sorry, we simply cannot accept: shorts, t-shirts alone, tank tops, dresses or skirts. You also need to wear sensible fully enclosed shoes. Again we cannot accept: open toe shoes, thongs, sandals or high heels.
You may wear work or race boots (no knee high boots or boots with a high heel), leather shoes, running or sand shoes.
The footwear is required to be worn at all times, however when you are not in the car you may remove a long sleeve shirt or jumper.
Remember we are conducting a rally school and the event is set on gravel in the bush.

If you have your own crash helmet (motorbike or race) that meets the Australian Standard, we’re happy to let you use it. We’ll check the helmet before the school starts to make sure it complies. Don’t worry if you don’t have a helmet, we’ll have a few helmets available on the day.

We are Confederation of Australian Motorsport (CAMS) Accreditted
