Definitions

RADT – Rally Action Driver Training
Event – Any Rally driving experience or Motorsport activity run by RADT
Participant(s) – Any person nominated or entered to drive or ride at a RADT Event.

1. General

a) A height restriction of 193cm and a weight restriction of 130kg applies to all participants. If the participant exceeds one of these, please contact us.
b) Participants must be able to drive a manual car (a driver’s license is not required)
c) The minimum age we are able to accept for Rally Experiences is 14 years old**
d) Participants must be free of any medical conditions that may prohibit them from driving.
e) Participants must be free from the influence of drugs or alcohol.
f) All Participants must attend the mandatory drivers’ briefing for any RADT event. Failure to attend the briefing will result in the forfeiture of the full purchase price of the booking.
**Juniors (those aged between 14-18) must have all paperwork signed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Event cancellation or re-schedule

a) Circumstances beyond our control can affect or may cause the cancellation of RADT events. These may include however are not limited to:
• Environmental factors such as total fire/vehicle movement bans or torrential rains
• Sick course instructors
• Mechanical failures in vehicles/equipment
• World events such as acts of terrorism, natural disasters, pandemic etc.
b) In the unlikely event that RADT does have to cancel, a new date will be set for the event and participants will be carried forward. All efforts will be made to notify participants ASAP if an event is to be cancelled.
c) RADT shall not be liable for any losses which a participant or their party may incur as a result of any cancelled or rescheduled event.

3. Vouchers & Bookings

a) Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified). Bookings or Vouchers are non refundable.
b) We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a requested re-book once confirmed however this shall be at our sole discretion.
c) Where participants wish to re-book once confirmed, a re-booking fee may be charged.
d) Failure to notify of non-attendance a minimum of five days prior to a booking shall incur a forfeiture of the full purchase price.
e) Bookings may be transferred to another person in the case the original participant is not able to attend.

f) Where a participant is forced into quarantine/self isolation due to Covid-19 and not able to attend a booking: Proof of direction to isolate must be provided to us immediately. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide proof to our satisfaction. See section 3b for re-booking.

4. Paperwork

a) Paperwork (including directions) is emailed approx 5 days prior to the booking.
b) It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have received the paperwork.
c) The paperwork must be correctly completed and brought along to the event with the voucher/confirmation email.

5. Clothing and Footwear

a) All of our events require that participants wear long sleeves, long pants and covered shoes. Everyone who attends our venue including spectators must wear covered shoes. No exceptions.

6. Summertime Dates

From mid December to early March, the Dept of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) and the shire often impose total fire and vehicle movement bans. Such a ban would force us to cancel. To avoid this we do not calendar events during late summer. Vouchers that expire during January and February are automatically extended to the first available dates when Rally Experiences re-commence.

7. Damage

If a Participant or any member of a participant’s party causes damage to any Rally Action Driver Training vehicle or property by; not listening to an Instructor, behaving and/or driving recklessly, negligently or irresponsibly, the participant shall be liable for the full cost of any damage caused.

8. Covid-19 Pandemic

All attendees must strictly adhere to all current regulations and directives with respect to Covid-19 as mandated by the West Australian State Government. This includes (however is not limited to): wearing PPE (masks etc), check in, proof of vaccination, negative test, etc. Any person found not in compliance shall be required to leave the venue immediately.

Participants are responsible to ensure:

(i) That all members of their party comply.

(ii) Must provide their own mask(s) and other Covid PPE as mandated.

Refunds shall not be given to:

(i) Any participant who chooses not to comply with government regulations and is required to leave the venue.

(ii) Any participant who chooses not to attend due to government regulations. See sections 3a & 3e.
